Yes, you can use it with a PS5. As for audio, the only other option is a headphone connector. If you wanted to use a soundbar, it would need to be one with an HDMI switch/Passthrough as these monitors do not have optical audio and do not support ARC (Audio Return Channel) on their HDMI ports.

However, since the PS5 does not support ultrawide resolutions, you will see black bars on the sides of the screen when gaming.
