Every time I turn off the monitor it has an image recalibration thing lasts 10 min that pops up to clean up the screen and make the picture pop like brand new. Also has a pixel recalibration that is a quick like 15 seconds. I use on my ps5 if u had a pc it auto dims a lot of u stick on one screen

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, Reduce screen contrast and brightness. Lower contrast allows even lighting levels across the LCD screen and thus has less strain on a specific area of the screen. Then, try to watch some different contents, and the effect of Image retention might go away on its own. ^Vanessa
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It has some built-in features like auto-dimming and an 'image cleaning' mode that happens automatically in standby. I'm actually considering returning this monitor and going with something else because you cannot disable the auto-dimming and often times just scrolling through a web page isn't enough change on screen to prevent the auto dimming. Now my workflow is interrupted by the dimming. It's easy enough to move a window around on screen to make it bright again, but it is quite annoying on this monitor.
