“I was on the help chat today asking for a Region free DVD player for a TV series I bought off Amazon. The tech said this would work, so I paid for it and picked it up and it's saying "Check regional Number" when I put the DVD in? Why is this happening?”

• This player is region-locked, therefore Region B-locked Blu-rays won't work and neither will DVDs not Region 1 (USA and Canada) encoded.

• Because the tech that told you this was wrong. This is an extremely basic $100 4k blue ray player.
