“I HAD LG UH850V 4K TV, AND LG - UP970 4K PLAYER. I HAD LIP SYNC ISSUE WITH ANY DOLBY VISION CONTENT( 4K BLU RAY MOVIES AND NETFLIX). I CONNECT IT WITH Yamaha RX-V583 RECEIVER. ALSO I USING HDMI CABLE 2.0 FOR AUDIO. SO AN SUGGESTIONS OR SOLUTIONS.”

I had UH950V. Under audio options I've found an audio sync bar which (supposedly) should solve this kind of problems. You may have a try.
