- Answer Yes. The Person at Verizon did not think it would work at first. It took them about 10 minutes to figure it out. Phone works great. Don't waste your money buying phone thru Verizon. Buy the unlocked phone and save the cash

QuestionHi - would someone who purchased this phone and then successfully activated it with Verizon describe the process, please? Does it really work fine with Verizon and is there an activation fee to set it up? Will Best Buy let you return if there is an issue?

- Answer Just take the sim card out of your old phone and pop it in the new one (needs nano sim). No need to contact Verizon unless you don't have the nano sim, in which case i would go into a local Verizon store and ask them to activate one for you. Should be no fee to activate card or phone Yes, i had to return first phone due to connectivity issues....replaced next day through Geek Squad protection plan I bought for it.

- Answer Yes! And I love that feature. I bought another battery & a charging station (a little box that plugs into an outlet.... just insert battery) So, your phone is never sitting on a charger. The back of this phone is metal so it's durable. They've (LG) included a release button on the lower right side so opening the back to change out the battery is a breeze.

Questionbloatware used to be installed by carriers because it kept price of phone down. now carriers install bloatware and prices are 200 $ us or more than unlocked phones. how is that?

- Answer I do not known about carrier in Peru. I use this phone for Simple Mobile In USA. But, I think, unlocked factory phone can use on around the world with carrier using sim card.
