You might be able to just put the Sim from your sprint phone into the V40 and it will work. If your old phone's Sim is not the right size or you are not comfortable doing that switch then you can go to a sprint store and they will give you a new Sim and put it in the new phone. If you are looking to switch to a different carrier than sprint you will need to order a Sim from that carrier or visit one of their stores.
