• It does but it is tight fit so it works better with the Lifepriof case. I am currently using my Otterbox because my Lifeproof case is nearly two years old and is worn out and the Otterbox is cheaper to replace. The Lifeproof is rather pricey to invest in when my phone is over two years old and could die at anytime because technology is not made to last.

• I don't believe so. I have both the Lifeproof case & belt clip for my 5s. The security clip that locks the phone in opens just enough to clip over the lifeproof case. I know the otter box is thicker so it would not secure the phone.
