No. The case fits very tightly around the phone and the screen protector will not allow the case to close and seal properly.

I tried putting the case on with tempered glass on my old phone, but you could tell that everything was crammed together. I ended up taking the tempered glass off and just using the case. The screen protector on the case works very well! No need for the glass anyways :)
