I got my Lifeproof free for my new IPhone 6s and after a couple weeks, the case does not snap on the left bottom edge (near the earplug entry) and a couple days later the case did not snap on the top edges neither. I am so disappointed with the case, because it's not waterproof anymore and that is the reason I got it for. So, how do I request a replacement case?”

On the inside of both halves of the case is a serial number you will need to give them. Follow the instruction on the link and they will ship you a case. Ive done it took me 10 minutes.
