I had the same thing happen to mine last week. Contact Life Proof directly and they will honor their warranty. You went with Life Proof for a reason, use their services and it will work out fine!! Getting a new one in the mail as I type, should be here in 48 hrs. Life Proof is the ONLY way to go for cases!!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go to life proof website and submit a claim they may ask for pictures of the damage and replace the case with a brand new one. I had a claim and I had my new cas within days.
