“How is sound quality for calls and media consumption effected by this case? Any bad experiences?”

• The sound is a little muffled. I find myself asking people to repeat themselves more often. I also had to turn up the volume on my alarm so I would not sleep through it. These are not deal-breakers for me. I plan on buying a similar case the next time I need one.

• Unlike the s5 case the sound quality for calls is great. I have had no trouble hearing people in calls on either normal or speaker phone mode. Media quality is good with this case as well.

• The case does muffle the sound occasionally. Sometimes I have to open the flap for charging to get a little more sound. It all depends on the app or website the sound is being played from. The protection to the phone is well worth the occasional muffled sound.

• Sound is alittle distorted and with a glass protection on the screen and then the lifeproof case it is alittle harder to operate phone. So we utilize the lifeproof case when in or near the water.

• I have noticed when using the speaker to make calls that it is hard for the person you're u call to hear you when having this case on the phone

• I've noticed that the Samsung Galaxy S7 case muffles more sound then the same cases for the S5 & 6... But it isn't that bad u can still hear everything...
