I thought mine didn't work, but it does. Try again, you kinda have to push in and down or in and up at the same time to move the ring silencer button.

Please try again later.If the charging port cover is secured properly, with the plastic latches actually latching, and it still comes apart, then yes, you should return it. Also, the ringer switch might be a little tricky to use. Keep in mind that you're handling a small rubber piece instead of the phone's actual metal switch, so it might not work as well. There's a certain technique about making it switch that's hard to describe. Just keep trying to move it in either direction, and the phone's actual switch should move accordingly.
