• It actually comes with a dummy tester phone to put in the case for an under water test. Before you trust the case enough to hold your phone for Life.

• To a certain extent. If there are cracks due to wear then no. The case comes with instructions on how to test for water proof. It is rain proof because I have experienced that first hand.

• Yes it is :) it's a great case. It has saved my daughter phone too many times. Make sure it's tested like it tells u to do before u put it on your phone :)
