• I actually purchased a zagg screen protector and use that instead of the one that comes with the case and it is still waterproof. Good luck!

• If you check with life proof customer service they will be able to hook you up

• Lifeproof does not have replacement screen protectors. If it is still under the 1 year warranty they will send you a new case if you file a claim.

• There is no screen protector with the nuud case

• Best Buy carries quite a good stock of replacement screen protectors.

• Have you tried taking the battery out and putting it back in, that tends to fix it
