How do you turn on and off the ringer? null

This was difficult at first. I believe that the ringer on/off switch needs to be placed just right inside the case switch. When the case is fully on, you need to slide it quite forcefully for it to move and to work. It didn't seem like mine was working at first, but it works well now.

Move the tab above the volume controls forward or backward.
