Is this case clear with black sides? null

It is black on the sides and on the front ! on the back is clear!

Yes, you can put a picture inside the case facing the back and see it perfectly through the back of the case!!! The black part of the case is a bumper that surrounds the perimeter of the case.

The black side is around the clear area along the outside edge. From the top or bottom you still see clear around the edge then the black basically makes the edge have a rubber black border.
