• Yes, the native Apple charger fits perfectly. If you have an aftermarket cable that has a thicker base you might have some difficulty depending on the charger.

• The case does wrap around the bottom corners, so depending on the type of dock you are using, it might add some depth. But most of the bottom of the case is open. So, if the dock has a cradle-type design, it will probably sit about 1mm off the base. If it's more like the dock I have (Twelve South HiRise), it will sit flush like you don't have a case at all.
