• yes it does come with a installation disc which is for the drivers and yes its range is about 30 ft and i use mine connected to my laptop and the wifi signal is very good from my router which is about 30 ft also, this is my second one in about 3 years the other failed after warranty had finished ive tried others and this one seems to be the best and is very small not bulky and works good.

• Yes it does come with the set up desk. We used to have them in our office. One of the towers is over 25' from the router it still has plenty of strong signal very easy to use I highly recommend it
