Hi, NONAME. The Linksys WUSB6300 is compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista®, Windows Vista® 64-bit, Windows 7, Windows 7 64-bit, Windows 8, Windows 8 64-bit, and Windows 10 64-bit. Also, after installing the Linksys WUSB6300 using the Setup Wizard, you should first connect to a wireless network by connecting to an SSID and entering the wireless password. The drivers will get installed automatically and WPS will now work.

It comes with a CD which downloads a program (driver?) into your computer when you put it in. Takes under a minute. I have a 2015 Asus laptop with Windows and it worked just fine when I plugged it into my USB port after download from the CD.
