Hi. Yes, it should work with most internet providers. Please note that this is a dedicated router and you will still need to have a modem from your provider for the internet.

Look for DOCSIS 3.0 | Certified for Xfinity by Comcast, Spectrum, COX, and most others.

If you rent the cable modem from them, it works fine for WiFi and a four port switch. A better choice would be to get a router that has the cable modem built in with the router.
