“I run an Airbnb and home-based business. I can have as many as 2 printers, 8 smart phones, 2 laptops and a couple of tablets. I have 250 mb speed w/ y Comcast. I need to have a separate guest wifi. Will this router accommodate that speed w/ no lag?”

I haven't noticed any serious lag, but I am certain that if you have enough users on it watching videos on it there would be a bit of lagging at some point. We have had two TVs and two smart phones playing videos at once without noticing anything. You can have a separate guest log in.
