“Up graded my router with spectrum to a smart router only one network name for both 2.4 and 5ghz. Old router had two network names one for 2.4 and one for 5ghz,my video door camera only works on 2.4 spectrum said can’t help do u have router w/ 2 network”

I have Spectrum, using the standard modem they provide. When I installed this modem, it prompted me to set up two networks, one for 2.4 and one for 5ghz.
