Mine works, even without disabling the AT&T device. I have not gotten around to disablling it yet, but I will call them as the signal's power is split.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't see why not. There's no need to disable wifi on the modem/ router from your provider. The Linsys, or any other wireless router you connect will simply add it's own networks you can connect to by selecting them on your device.
