It won’t work, there is a hardware issue I think. I tried setting up a DMZ, opening all the required ports, 2 hours tech support and even turned off the firewall and my AV. Still was not able to connect. I set up my iPhone as a hotspot and connected the Ring right away so it’s the router. I returned it, gave Linksys another chance and bought the Max-Stream AC2200. Everything is solid and I have good connection throughout the whole house 3,200sq. ft. With 17 devices on the network.
