Most if not all consumer wireless routers have a built in firewall, not necessarily a (ex. Cisco type ASA Firewall). It has encryption and an SPI firewall. The firewall is configured to distinguish legitimate packets for different types of connections. Only packets matching a known active connection are allowed to pass the firewall. Stateful packet inspection (SPI), also referred to as dynamic packet filtering, is a security feature often included in business networks. So it will inspect your traffic to prevent people from entering your network. Depending on how you are using the router (at home or business). There are vulnerabilities with firewalls, but make sure you keep the firmware to up to date and you also have a software type of firewall enabled and up to date as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No I do not believe this has a firewall of the type you are seeking. The next router up in the series at over $300 is the one you want if this is crucial. I believe NAS stands for Network Access Storage--if that is true, then this means the router supports externally connected drives and has nothing to do with firewalls. I could be wrong, so others should confirm for you.
