“I have a gateway router/modem provided by my cable company. My iphone and iPad recognize the wi-fi network but are not connecting to the internet.Have tried rebooting the router,reseting and forgetting network on devices. Will this product help w/this?”

• The only thing this thing will do is extend the range of your Internet so if you have a back bedroom in your house that gets poor signal you put this between your router and that room and it will extend it
