• Hi, Winnie. The Linksys RE6300 Range Extender works with any wireless router including your ISP provided router and, you can set up the device to wirelessly connect it to the router.

• Connect it your router using the routers’ SSID. Then plug it into an outlet where you have a weak wifi signal. Connect your device to it and you should be good to go. You do not have to use the Ethernet port for it to work.
