• It will not boost your mobile frequency, but if you are using your phone as a hotspot t(for Frequency Band 2.4 GHz, 5.0 GHz) it should work.

• If it's a digital phone line, it should help. If you have an analog phone line, no. There is no way to transmit a standard "two wire" phone line.
