Two days ago a Linksys person advised, to use this product to boost my Verizon router signal, "make sure that your router meets the system requirements of the extender...." But their Online chat says, " There's no requirement actually." Whom to follow? null

This does work with any and all routers.

Like online says there in no system requirements since you are not connecting it to a computer at all. Took me about 30 to 45 minutes to get it fully set up the way I wanted it to be a long with its location in my room

As long as you have an active Wi-Fi network, then you can easily set up this extender, frwnd. It can be installed from either a wired or wireless device through a web browser.
