• Yes and yes. There are holes on the back for wall mount and I am using it as is with no mesh extension because house is under 1500 sq ft so range is great.

• Hi. Yes, this router can be wall mounted and the Linksys router will work so long as it’s connected to your modem/gateway with an active Internet Connection.
