Did you load the drivers with the cd that was included? If not try the company website and get the drivers there, that worked best for me

Hi, Dave. Try to plug in the Linksys WUSB6100M using another USB Port and make sure that your computer is running on Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 as it is only compatible to these OS.
