• I use it with an hp laptop with Windows 10. This model uses USB 2.0 which is what I needed for that older laptop. They also sell a different model that is USB 3.0

• It works great on my Windows 10 custom machine. I plug my into a USB 2.0 port; it should also work on a 3.0 port since it's backward compatible.

• It will work with any PC that has a DVI output connector. It has nothing to do with an USB port.
