• No. your to tv should have wifi but if you have an old samsung tv with ethernet just use a Wifi to Ethernet Adapter. BUT most Samsung tv's have both ethernet and wifi check your network settings on your tv first. this is what you need (IOGEAR Ethernet-2-WiFi Universal Wireless Adapter, GWU637)

• This product will only work on a USB port not an Ethernet port. Since there is no wep or other wireless encryption protocol so there is no way to program in the wireless key. So no it wont work with Ethernet connector.
