When the app instructs you to leave your smart phone at the new node until activation for that individual node is complete, do it, set your smart phone right next to the node, it can take several minutes. If you move the smart phone away from the node, even for a few seconds, setup for that node will fail and you'll have to start the setup for that node all over again. If you still have no success contact Linksys Support (US/Canada)1-800-986-0518 or www.linksys.com/support, they are very helpful. My system went right up, my issue was not receiving a verification email from Linksys, the phone call fixed that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hopefully you have figured this out; if not: I have an IPHONE, so I downloaded the LINKSYS APPLICATION for IPHONE. Then you try to find a location that will get a good signal from the MASTER NODE that you setup and connected to your ISP's network equipment (CABLE MODEM, etc). My first node was on the 3rd floor of our residence. Look at the bottom of the 2nd node and get the installation node ID and password. Then plugin the second node ( ours is on the second floor, directly below the master node; try to place where there is no furnace/duct work between you nd the master node, Use the IPHONE application and connect to your network (as you created it for the first node). Then use the LINKSYS APP to configure the 2nd node. The APP will try to connect to the second node; lights RED, RED FLASHING, and finally BLUE when connected. If you don't get a good connection right away, move the node and try again. If all else fails, give LINKSYS a call - they provide good support for their products.
