Is the Velop really worth the extra $200 over Google Wifi? Comparing the two, it seems all the features are pretty much the same. I want the best speed and range, but I don't want to just throw $200 away if it's not necessary. null

Can't speak to the Google brand, but you will not be sorry for buying the Velop!!

I have never installed the Google WiFi, but I can say the Linksys Velop is the best mesh system I have installed. Better than Eero and Netgear's Orbi.

If you are bandwidth speed is in higher range then use this product. If it below 50-80 MBPS then google WiFi is good enough.
