• This should be available at any store but if its out of stock you should be able to go to bestbuy.com and order it through that store. It may take a few days to come in though

• This product should be available at all Best Buy locations. You may have to pick it up at that location if it's currently not in stock or have it shipped to your home.

• Just check online... go to the Best Buy website, select your store, and see if the product is in stock. If it is not, they will ship it to that store or to your home.

• Best Buy should be able to order you one is long as you ask. They will ask for a SKU which they can look up and then have it delivered to your house or picked up at that store. Depending on how popular velop might be it could take a little while
