Hi. Most likely, what you have is a modem/router from your provider. You can just connect the Velop system to the modem/router.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The modem is what gives you internet. The router connects with the modem to give you WiFi. A modem is required in order to get internet. That said, your internet provider will usually “rent” you a modem. It is usually cheaper to buy one, but you have to make sure it’s compatible with your internet provider. My suggestion would be to call your internet provider. They can tell you what they have to offer and what modems are compatible.
