I have two children and have up to 17 devices connected to my wi-fi at any one time. The Velop system works great. However, your problem could also be a bandwidth issue. My son is a PC gamer and uses a lot of bandwidth. He used to complain about the internet when he was trying to game and his sister was streaming video and I was on my computer. I had to increase the bandwidth package from my internet provider to solve that problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, tcn. The Velop system (WHW0303B) should be able to support multiple devices added to your network but, you may need to check with the manufacturer of your security system to verify its requirements.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Velop has a default of 50 devices so it might help if number of devices is actually your problem. You might check with the vendor of your security system and get their take on this problem if you haven’t done that already. The security system may or may not be the problem.
