• There is no phone connection on the WiFi system, only Ethernet connection and power. Not sure why you would need a phone connection into the WiFi system. Keep the phone connection connected to your cable router that provides phone service.

• Hi. No, the Velop node only has an Ethernet port (RJ45). It will not fit a phone jack (RJ11).
