• The app allows you to adjust various settings to your preference. As for Wi-Fi extenders, this mesh Wi-Fi will make this unnecessary. Just position the nodes in a manner so they can talk to each other. That way, your Wi-Fi devices will “find” the node with the strongest signal.

• Hi. The Velop system has a built-in parental controls which you can use for restrictions. Then, the App is not required when connecting an extender or any wireless client into the network. Just like any other routers, only the SSID and password is needed to connect.
