Yes, you can specify a different name for 2.4GHz network other than 5GHz

Mine does not but also i did not need it. So I did not even try it. However you can still access the other names as they remain the same.

I don't believe so. It decides what will give you the best signal and connects there. I have had no issues. It's great.
