I have cable internet and I plugged one unit into the Ethernet port of my cable router. The other 2 units are connected via WIFI. Works great for me for all my devices, and for my son who plays hi-tech video games.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Any of the nodes will act as the primary unit which is also the router. So, no need to purchase a separate router.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes I have 8 running in my house . From your modem from your isp provider connect the first one . Get it set as home unit . Than connect as many as you like and name them the area you like to place the additional unites. You want to use the app to set everything up. Do one at a time. Do it right next to the first one and wen you complete the set of it Move it to the location you like it. Your going to love this system it just simply works! Perfect! Customer service is excellent so if you call they are great help!
