Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.For this to work the way it was intended, you have to have a Velop system. I have 3 of these placed around my house. They all form one single network that will have 100% strength all over the house. I absolutely love it. But to answer your question again, this will connect wirelessly with your main Velop router. Whichever one that is, is up to you. Also, if you haven’t already bought a Velop system, buy the 2 pack and then a single one. Much cheaper then buying a 3 pack for some reason.

You can configure it as a secondary router or an access point. If you'd like to install it as a secondary router, then the succeeding nodes can be installed wirelessly and the Mesh System functionality can be utilized.
