I don’t think you can use it as a direct replacement, I have FioS as well and have this plugged into my FioS router. Each node has 4 Ethernet ports and a USB port. I have both of my wired connections (PC and a networked Printer) plugged into the parent node and I’ve turned off all WiFi on the FioS router so the only connections go through the Linksys system and then into the FioS router and so far working great.
