• Only 14 days, if it is Best Buy. Mfg Warr is 12 months, parts and labor.

• I didn't even look at the return policy, I went over the time frame for returning them. I appear to be extremely allergic to the earbuds, which isn't true with my other ear buds. I doubt they could help, because they are all going to be made the same way. Otherwise these would be wonderful.
