Q: How do i switch modea and how do i know if it's ,2 or 3and what is each one for?
A: One must hold the volume rocker switch down for a few seconds. For me it took longer than expected. I would say at least 3 to 4 seconds. Each level has a corresponding beep. I.e. 1 beep - level 1, etcetera. I believe each mode is described on their website. I’m still learning myself.
Q: How do they fit with glasses?
A: I wear glasses & have no problems with using with my hearing aids.

A: It is returnable within a certain number of days.

A: I haven't had problems with charging them. However, I can't wear them for very long due to the excruciating itching they cause, so if I wore them all day that could be a problem, I don't know.
