• Jrod, The scratches cannot be removed from the liquid glass. The liquid glass absorbed much of the impact from whatever scratched your screen. Not all scratches are the same so if there is significant damage to the screen, please contact our customer support team. • I just bought another thing of it and added it on and polished it out. Make sure to clean the scratch good. If you’re super brave you could try a 8000 grit sandpaper but I wouldn’t recommend.
