I went to the Best Buy and bought the one I wanted

You can pick it by requesting it. However, make sure you identify which character is available. It may not be in a store nearby so it may delay your shipment.

It is random if you are picking from the mystery bundle that shows different characters. I personally ordered this for my little brother for his Mario themed bday party and it came exactly as described.

It you go to the store yes you can choose but ordering online it’s random I believe.
