A:Answer You can use it with the water off just as a dry bounce house and slide, but the water has to be running for the three sprinklers to keep the slides wet and running.
But don't bother anyway, this thing is so poorly made that I returned it after just an hour of use with three very disappointed little kids. Stitching is all falling apart, one huge hole making it almost unusable, and lots of little holes and tears and loose threads throughout.
