I did have a pink shell protector put on in the store at the time I bought the Lively Jitterbug, and that is good. But I am also looking for a cover case that closes and opens with a button or a magnet so that when I put the phone in my purse it does not get scratched anywhere. And that kind of case I have not found yet, The Lively Jitterbug is a little larger than the average cell phone, and that is now a problem, for I not find the case I am looking for. I have compared the size of my Lively Jitterbug and the outer cases they have,, and theirs is indeed smaller than mine. See, that is the problem. I do not know if Lively Jitterbug has produced a case that fits over the hard shell case. I have not found it yet, though I like to find it someday soon.

I wouldnt recommend anyone buying the jitterbug phone unless your getting a very very very good deal. I mean the phone costs like 29.99 deal. Im sure if you buy the Alcatel phone lively will put their super expensive services on it. My mom hated the phone.
